		This is the Information area... We're hoping to include a FAQ for submitting art for display and for the contests. What we have so far... Sending Pictures- 1. Include your name. This can be either your real name, or the handle you play by in TRIBES. Please leave out the tribe tags, there are no tribe affiliations here. (example: instead of [xyz]Artist, we just want: Artist) 2. We would like art that is either about or was inspired by TRIBES, but it's not a prerequisite. If you just want your work displayed, we'll be happy to do that for you. As you can see, Gangreen's work isn't all TRIBES related either. 3. Keep the file size down to a minimum. If you have a huge piece of work, then try to size it down, reduce the colors, something to get the file size down to a manageable one. Not everybody is using a xDSL or Cable connection to check these pics out. If you really can't keep the file size down below 2MBs, then e-mail us at tribesart@hotmail.com and ask for another e-mail addy that will accept larger files. Sometimes, during the contests, we'll need large pics. During that time, a seperate e-mail address will be given out for any large files. 4. Even though most of the artwork here is static pictures, we want everything. This includes animated .gifs, wallpapers, flash animations, everything. If you have something that you would like to share with the masses, then by all means, send it. 5. Last but not least, you MUST give permission for us to post your artwork. Without this permission, we would be breaking copyright laws, and do not want to be sued. Copyrights- Every picture posted from this website is copyrighted by it's original owner. They have given special permission to TRIBESart to post their pics. If any of the artist's work is seen somewhere else without their permission, the person posting that work can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. TRIBES is a trademark of Dynamix, a division of Sierra.
